SIMPLE VISUALIZATION TECHNIQUE
This Visualization Technique is how it all began to improve for me. At the time I didn't know what I was doing but then when it worked I felt compelled to start researching it and discover how. If you have read My Story then you will know that being a stressed out, working mum I didn't have the headspace to think positive. In fact I didn't have the headspace to do anything apart from work in my business and look after the kids but I knew I needed to sort my life out. My negativity was affecting everything, including my children and my marriage.
Step 1 - Remember the happiest day of your life. Mine was my wedding day, which not only saw me marrying my best friend but also signified a new chapter, as I knew I would finally be realising my dream of becoming a mother. Close your eyes and think about all the happiest parts of that day, nothing is perfect, but focusing on the negative doesn't help anyone. We need to focus on the positive. Remember the smells, feelings and euphoria of the day; feel immense gratitude for the day and think about all the wonderful things that happened.
Step 2 - As your mind begins to remember you will start to feel warmth and joy in your heart. Focus your attention on your heart and magnify those feelings, radiating them out of your body and into the room around you.
Step 3 - Sit in that warmth for as long as you can; you don't have to remember the day anymore, now you can simply focus on feeling those warm feelings inside your heart, magnifying and radiating them out of you.
Step 4 - Repeat this exercise as many times a day as you can. Sometimes I would forget and sometimes I would do it 4-5 times a day, but there is no right or wrong. Just doing it as often as you can remember too is fine and eventually it will start to rewire your brain and you will start to feel better. It took around 3 months for me but it was a gradual process. You don't have to think about your happiest day anymore, unless you need a reminder of the feelings, simply feel the warmth in your heart and radiate it outwards.
Step 5 - Because of Quantum Entanglement Theory this simple act that you are doing everyday will begin to change the others around you too. My marriage, husband and children all improved the more I did this. I realised that I didn't have to change my husband, I could rewire me and it would affect him in the process. Which it did.

We only feel emotions for around 90 seconds but sometimes we can then sit in the more negative ones and get stuck. This meditation will help you get out of this rut and back to a more positive frame of mind.
